Naomi Ayende
Puerto Rican actress and producer, born in Manatí, Puerto Rico, to a dedicated educator and athletic director. From a young age, Naomi was drawn to the arts, playing the violin for 11 years and competing in tennis, which earned her a scholarship to Interamericana University. Though she initially studied Political Science, Naomi’s true calling emerged in 2016 when she enrolled in a theater program and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.Beyond acting, she developed a passion for producing and directing, creating and starring in short films like Borders, Displace, Are You Next?, and Limitless, which she also wrote. This fueled her desire to establish Isla 787 Productions in 2024, a company dedicated to telling powerful stories but also that will honor Puerto Rican culture.
Naomi has a deep passion for storytelling and a commitment to elevating diverse voices in the film and TV industry. As the founder of Isla 787 Productions, she is dedicated to producing projects that celebrate culture, authenticity, and meaningful narratives. Her work blends creativity with purpose, aiming to inspire and connect audiences worldwide through impactful storytelling.
